Day 1 March 6, 2003
09:30 - 1 Grapefruit,
11:00 - 1 Banana
12:15 - 1 Young Coconut
15:00 - 1 Banana
16:00 - 43 kalamata olives
18:00 - 1/2 tomato, 1 _ avocado, a handful of walnut, some
mixed green salad, basil, cold pressed olive oil and a dash
of balsamic vinegar.
20:30 - A bunch of grapes
Ive been
struggling with trying to become 100% raw since July last
summer. It is not an easy road but I am determined to achieve
success in this journey because I realize that this is the
only way to achieve maximum health and to attain my optimal
weight. By writing this journal I am hoping to be accountable
for what I eat and keep track of my progress on this wonderful
yet challenging journey. So I am wishing myself good luck
and hoping that this time is the right one!!
Day 2 March
7, 2003
08:00 - I made a smoothie with a prunnet
of strawberry and 1 mango.
10:30 - 1 Grapefruit
12:00 - 25 kalamata olives and 2 branch of celery
12:30 A bunch of grapes
15:30 1 Banana and 4 dates
18:00 A large salad made with romaine lettuce, a handful
of walnut, 1 tomato, 1 avocado, 10 green olives, some basil,
cold pressed olive oil, a dash of balsamic vinegar and black
crushed pepper.
I was very hungry today and struggled all day to stay raw.
Fortunately tonight with my large salad I was able to curb
my appetite. I think this diary will help me tremendously.
Every time I thought about cooked food today I told myself
that if I ate it I wouldnt be to proud to have to write
it, it helped me stay focused! Thanks Alissa for this great
opportunity!
