My first day back on raw foods! I have tried
going raw in the past and just could not follow through. I
think there were many reasons for this, including addiction
to cooked foods and lack of support. Now I have more support
than ever, thanks to my family, friends, Alissa and my online
support network. I m ready to go for it! My journal will mainly
consist of what I eat in a given day. I drink water but I
don t keep track of how much.
Here s what I ate today: --
Juice of 4 carrots and 1 apple -
4 bananas -
2 avocados w/ juice of a lemon -
part of a mango -
a few kumquats -
a large handful of raw almonds -
some flaxseed candy (ground flaxseed, raw nut butter, honey)

Had a minor headache tonight. --
