Italian Bread with Black Olive Tapanede:
A soft moist Italian flavored bread served with a flavorful black olive tapanade.

Tomato –Basil Salad:
A light refreshing tomato - basil salad gently marinated in garlic and herbs

Calzone:
A very rich calzone filled with cheese (raw of course), creamed spinach, and diced veggies all encased in a hearty, thick dough, crisped to perfection like the real thing!
This is a sight to behold and even more astonishing to taste! And yes, it’s all raw!

Cannolis:
These canolis are sweet cream filled with a crispy dough wrapper! Another astounding dish you will have a hard time believing is raw!





Berry soup:
A light, sweet, creamy soup poured over fresh berries.

Apple currant muffins:
A lovely combination of apples, currants and sprouted grains in a hearty muffin

Strawberry Crepes:
You must taste these to believe how spectacular they are! A sweet cream filling in a soft delicate casing, topped with fresh strawberry sauce. They will melt in your mouth!

Cinnamon rolls with frosting:
A delectable ending to the perfect meal. Thick, rich, and sweet these will satisfy any cravings!



Hearty chili:
A robust chili with plenty of ‘oomph’!

Spanish rice:
a beautiful side dish seasoned to perfection!

Enchilada:
a warm veggie filled enchilada wrapped in a soft, chewy tortilla. When you bit into this soft, stuffed enchilada you will think you have gone to Mexico for the real thing!

Key lime pie:
The fresh taste of limes in this rich, delicious pie will add the perfect touch to this flavorful meal!



Stuffed mushrooms:
A rich, savory pesto inside button mushrooms, dehydrated till all is warm, soft and bursting with flavor.

Broccoli and cheese:

Fresh broccoli florets smothered in creamy cheddar cheese.

Meatloaf :
A combination of sprouted grain, nuts and vegetables that taste like the hearty, full- bodied genuine version. Topped with tomato sauce.

Apple crumb cake:
figs, apricots, cinnamon, nutmeg, almonds and honey surround the apples to make this warmed, winter dish.



Cucumber salad :
An exotic blend of lightly seasoned cucumbers sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Hummus with zucchini chips :
An authentic version of the popular chickpea dip served with crisp vegetable chips.

Falafel with cucumber dill sauce:
The seasonings of tahini, cilantro and lemon come alive in these Greek influenced, fluffy, creamy, bean free, and falafel balls served over lettuce and topped with a refreshing cucumber dill sauce.

a simple, yet surprisingly delightful soup made possible with the smooth, sweet taste of fresh young baby coconuts.

Sea veggie salad:
Two different combinations of seaweed and an authentic tasting sauce make up this popular Thai dish.

Pad Thai:
Typically a cooked pasta noodle and peanut sauce dish, this entrée substitutes almond butter blended with fresh ginger and other Thai tasting ingredients into a thick rich sauce that tops a heaping mound of raw style noodles.

Coconut macaroons:
Coconuts, dates and special care are poured into these filling, dense, sweet dessert balls.



Eggplant rumalaude:
Avocado and a rich, spicy tomato paste are seasoned and rolled up in marinated bite size, eggplant strips.

Indian spinach dip with wafers:

A spinach dip with Indian influence that taste surprisingly like the popular Indian dish palak paneer. Served with crispy, flour like, Indian wafers.

Samosas with mint chutney:
Although not deep fried like the real version, these samosas lack none of the flavor of the potato and pea stuffed originals. Seasoned in the traditional Indian way these samosas even use raw tamarind paste along a variety of herbs and spices to enhance your Middle Eastern experience. Served with fresh mint chutney.

Spiced apple bars:
Fresh apples, ginger and coconut in a mildly spiced bar.
Mango Lassie – Fresh mangos, oranges, vanilla and almond milk combine to make this typically milk based Indian dessert drink even better.



Corn chowder:
Creamy and buttery tasting with whole corn kernels make this a favorite soul satisfying soup.

Turkey loaf:
This turkey and stuffing tasting dish makes such a hit on thanksgiving it deserves to be served more then once a year. Seasoned and warmed to perfection, you will wish for this year round!

Cranberry sauce:
Fresh cranberries, apples and raisins make this simple dish come alive in color and taste.

Mashed potatoes with gravy:

In this dish, cauliflower replaces an old favorite, but potatoes are not missed with the succulent topping of homemade porcini mushroom gravy.

Smooth, creamy and rich, the simple ingredients in this no bake pie are seasoned with the holiday favorites cinnamon and nutmeg and are sure to keep you warm and satisfied!



Miso soup:
This velvety smooth miso soup is topped with sliced veggies such as shredded carrot and diced scallions.

An array of vegetables wrapped in a paper thin casing of see through cucumber. Served with Japanese dipping sauce to enhance the flavors.

Wakame salad:

A variety of nori rolls with various fillings, each one sure to please even the most zealous nori maki fans, are served with a tamari dipping sauce.

Potato salad:
Although there are no potatoes in this potato salad, you would never know it by the taste, Creamy and rich, it’s the perfect picnic fare!

Onion dip with Rye crackers:

Do you remember the popular sour cream and onion dip, well this is even better. Thick and ‘dairy like’ macadamias turn this dip into an all time favorite. Served with crispy, hearty rye crackers.

Pecan-carrot burgers with curry sauce:
These burgers are moist and delicious. Served with a aromatic curry sauce they are scrumptious!

Carrot Cake:
